Case Study

Most people would describe the health care and insurance processes as confusing, intimidating, frustrating, or even broken. Accolade's mission is to change people's experience with heath care. They provide a single contact person — an Accolade Health Assistant (AHA) — to help people through the entire health care process and provide them with answers to all their health care questions.

Accolade engaged Monaco Lange to build and help launch their brand. The brand needed to establish the AHAs as people's allies in the health care process. It needed to feel personal, honest and confident. Through the brand storybook process, we created a unique look and voice for Accolade and extended the brand through enrollment campaigns that included direct mail, websites and email campaigns.

As Accolade continues its success, we continue to work with them to build awareness, enrollment and retention.
