A Fortune 100 company wanted to inspire employees to make real progress toward their health in 2016. The company decided to revamp its wellness program with new tools and incentives. The goal was to make wellness welcoming, fun, and motivating for all employees to increase participation.
A small portion of the employee population had participated in previous wellness activities, but the majority had not. The company needed to activate its employees to take steps to becoming healthier while keeping those involved in the program engaged and interested. Monaco Lange was tapped to create understanding and excitement around the relaunched program and to increase the participation rate.
Monaco Lange crafted a campaign that sparked employees’ interest in both preventative care and physical activity. Through lively, fun posters, brochures, and an email campaign and giveaways like pedometers and fitness gear, we engaged employees with messaging that met them where they were and challenged them to “up their game” through better care and physical activity.
